Storybook Character Day-Tuesday October 31st.

Your child may dress up as  a character from a book (no scary or just “halloween” costumes)

The special ed teachers are dressing up like the series “The Good Egg/Bad Seed” if you would like to join us! We will reading these books this week during our book study time!

This week we are learning:

In Reading-making a connection to the text-(What does this story remind me of?)

In Writing-Using a period at the end of a sentence and letter L.

In Math-skip counting by 2s, 5s and 10s

In Science and Social Studies: Long Ago and Today/Native Americans

Cooking and Science Projects: cornbread recipe
